This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases from Meolka Art on meolka.art. We want you to feel confident buying patterns — please read this before checkout.

1. Digital patterns (PDF downloads)

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” like a parcel. For that reason:

Change-of-mind refunds are not available once the download has been made available or accessed.
All digital sales are generally final, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, or where we cannot provide a working file.

We will always help with technical problems. If a file will not open, appears corrupted, or the wrong file was attached, contact us within a reasonable time. We will replace the file or fix access at no extra charge.

Tips before requesting help: try another PDF reader, confirm your device has enough storage, and check that you downloaded the latest link from your account.

2. Physical products

If a physical item arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

your order number;
clear photos of the issue and packaging;
a short description of the problem.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If the error was ours, we cover return shipping when a return is needed.

Change-of-mind returns for physical goods may be accepted at our discretion if the item is unused, in original condition, and you contact us promptly. Unless we made an error, return shipping is usually the customer’s responsibility.

3. How to request help or a refund

Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via our payment partner. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Most download or delivery issues can be solved quickly. Unwarranted chargebacks may lead to account restrictions.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region.
